The Walmart Plastic Drawing Board store is expected in the area of New York City, according to the company.
Walmart Plastic Drawing Boards is the company’s first U.S. store.
It’s expected to have a retail price of about $35 for a 12-foot plastic drawer.

The announcement comes less than a week after Walmart said it would be closing its stores in Florida and Tennessee, as part of a planned restructuring.
The closure is expected next month.
The chain has been trying to sell off more of its U.K. and European businesses since it announced in November it would cut 700 jobs in its U,S.
and Canada operations, and in the first half of this year, about 3,600 people lost their jobs.
